If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—because 5 honestly doesn’t even come close. I need to be very clear about something: I am terrified of the dentist. Not “a little nervous”—I’m talking full-on anxiety, blood pressure through the roof, shaking, fighting back tears… and yes, I actually cried. As a grown adult. So walking into Dentists of East Gilbert, I was already in a full panic. And somehow… they completely turned that around. From the second I walked in, their entire team met me with nothing but kindness, patience, and real empathy. No judgment. No rushing. Just constant reassurance, checking in, explaining everything, and making sure I felt safe and in control the entire time. They took as much time as I needed—never once making me feel like a burden for being anxious. And that matters more than I can even put into words. By the end of my visit, I wasn’t just “okay”… I actually felt taken care of. That’s something I never thought I’d say about a dental appointment. If you’re someone who avoids the dentist because of fear like I have—this is where you go. They get it, and they handle it with so much care and compassion. 5 stars isn’t enough. Not even close.
